Sunny 3 bed/3 bath where every room opens to the outside, including separate decks off each bedroom, and the kitchen. The natural light-filled great room, has a wood burning fireplace, and is well equipped with a large TV and Sonos surround sound. The spacious dining area (comfortably seats 6) opens to entirely remodeled kitchen, complete with dishwasher, coffee maker and all modern appliances. The dining-living area opens to a covered deck, with table/bench seating (6), by the pool.

The master bedroom & 2nd bedroom have en suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom will comfortably sleep 2, comes with its own fireplace and has a full bathroom across the hall. All living and sleeping space are on the same one floor.

There’s a gas grill in our outdoor kitchen located next to this decked area, complete with a small fridge, in a beautiful manicured and spacious back lawn.

For beachgoers, a short walk will bring you to the Barnes Landing private beach area, or an 8 minute drive to the Atlantic beaches of Amagansett. If you wish to wine & dine, the quaint town of Amagansett, with a lovely mix of high end restaurants and shops is also less than an 10 minute drive. East Hampton Town is about 10-15min away while Montauk and Sag Harbor are 20-25min by car.
