Mid-Century Modern Beach House: Private Beach Access, Pool, and Chef’s Kitchen

Welcome to your East Hampton mid-century modern retreat, designed by renowned Tech Built architect Carl Koch. Located in a highly desirable neighborhood with convenient access to bay beaches, harbors, and local restaurants, this stylish home offers updated decks, chic furnishings, and a beautifully landscaped yard ideal for relaxing outdoors.

A short neighborhood path leads to private access to Lion Head Beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or peaceful evening walks with unforgettable sunsets.

Spend your days by the natural-finish gunite pool, which can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The pool is open from mid May through mid October. It remains closed outside this period. Unwind on premium teak outdoor furniture that enhances the serene setting. Inside, enjoy a chef’s kitchen, high-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, and an updated entertainment system with Apple TV, AirPlay, and two audio zones.

Guests also have access to the Lion Head Beach Association’s private beach and harbor.

This home is a chic and comfortable escape for guests seeking an elevated Hamptons experience in East Hampton. If you are looking for a relaxing and cozy Fall, Winter, or Spring getaway, the property offers the same calm setting and inviting atmosphere year-round.

- East Hampton Rental Registry, the home cannot be rented as a share house. - Parking is limited to three cars, and street parking is not allowed.
- If you would like to use the pool heater there is a $45 per day, per stay fee.
- The house is located in a private homeowners association and loud music is prohibited after10pm.

Our stay was great! House was very clean which we really appreciated. Kitchen was really well stocked and we gave it a workout because we made Easter dinner at the house and were able to find everything we needed. Would happily return.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this property! We visited from Manhattan with family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Lovely stay in East Hampton

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was comfortable, the pool was lovely and the access to the private beach nearby was a big draw. The downstairs of the house is quite chilly, and the deck would benefit from upgraded seating but overall a very nice home.

Wonderful family getaway
