To clarify for future guests, the listing accurately states that the Speakeasy unit is part of a small multi-unit building, with three private apartments on the first floor and one additional apartment above. There is no shared living space inside each unit — each guest enjoys a fully private apartment with a private entrance. During your stay, we had a maintenance professional present in the building briefly to complete scheduled work upstairs, but he did not enter or access your unit at any time. Regarding the windows: for guest safety and security, some windows are fixed. However, the unit is fully climate-controlled with central air conditioning and heating. We truly regret if the environment was uncomfortable for your allergies. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we encourage all guests to reach out during their stay if anything needs attention — we are always happy to help.
