The apartment was very comfortable with new furniture and appliances. Fun, vibrant neighborhood and easy walk to restaurants and Irish pubs. Two wonderful bakeries are a bock or two from you. Yard was dog friendly , safe parking, and the host was always responsive. We would stay again if every passing through Louisville again.

Nice little place sort of off the beaten path (so quiet) but plenty to do within a short walk or short drive. The property was very clean and comfortable (there were two of us) and the amenities were plentiful. Chris was also very helpful and responded well to a couple messages I sent. We went for two main things other than a short get away and that was thrifting and breweries. There are plenty of both that are easy to get to. As for food, also plenty to pick from. There is a very nice small bakery / coffee shop right down the street on the corner called Wiltshire Pantry and we highly recommend it along with Big Bad Breakfast. As for the later, you definitely need to get on their wait list before you go (on a weekend any way)

You are in your own, private, little slice of the city here. With a wonderful privacy fence & a cozy front porch with fire table, the hubs & I enjoyed several hours out there between the 2 nights we were there in the evening. The traffic is a little loud, on the porch, but you hardly heard a sound in the house from outside. I was very impressed. The house has smart everything! I am almost 42 & it was my first time ever staying somewhere with a smart toilet, or using a bidet. The house was super clean, & super cozy. We didn't feel like we should not mess anything up, it, kinda felt like a friends house, or a family memeber. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If my dauggter makes it to nationals again next year I will def be seeing itlf this place is available again, or another property that Chris has. The one time we needed to contact him, he got us an answer right away!
