The home was clean and furnished as well as outfitted as advertised. Great location. Four minute walk to the beach 12 minute walk to town. In a quiet neighborhood. Although they do warn you, the elevator does not work so there are quite a bit of stairs.

Great location and spacious!

This was a great location to the main beach! Very easy walk with four kids and grandparent! The pool on the roof was a HUGE plus and allowed more time spent in the water.

Great siesta spot

Absolutely fab. Only reason not 5 stars was elevator broken and a ton of stairs lol. But. Was healthy for me lol. Lovely spot.

Amazing property within walking distance to the beach only right around the corner. Clean and had everything we needed including rafts, wagon, cooler and more! Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet.

Good location

Nice location, short walk to beach and 15 minute walk to village. Plenty of space. Did have an issue with pool heater that was not resolved while we were there, despite multiple calls to management company. Free bike rental in village which our kids loved. Fits 7-8 comfortably.

Good Times

The place was clean, convenient for going to beach, had small issues like elevator giving us grief and having to walk 4 flights of stairs, but otherwise it served its purpose very well. Thank you for your hospitality. God bless

Great place 1 block from the beach

Really nice and spacious apartment and very clean. The pool, however, was half drained; and after multiple attempts to get management to fill it so we could swim, they never followed through. Needless to say my kids were disappointed that they did not get to use the pool. Other than that, we would definitely go back.

Loved Siesta Key!!!

Lot’s of space, beds comfortable, pillows horrible, master bath great, 2nd bath tub did not drain, told mgt company, never resolved. Needs new deck furniture! Functional living room furniture not well decorated. Loved Siesta Key beach and village, great restaurants and awesome live music. We will be back! ( Will rent next time on beach!!!)

Not quite what it was advertised. The Elevator did not work and being an older disabled person that was a challenge getting up and down the stairs.Confirmed the pool had been cleaned however did not get up to the pool until the day before departure. Many bird feathers in the pool along with looked like a large pile of feces in the pool. so did not use the pool. Was overall a disappointment compared to the pictures and advertisement.
