Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and new furnishings with everything needed to cook like you were at home. Enjoy stylish new furniture throughout unit with new mattresses and a 2nd King sized bedroom. Carpeting in all 3 bedrooms. New Top LOADING LG WASHER AND DRYER!! There is an ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING SPACE associated with this unit.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy a vacation rental in Orange Beach because we vacationed in the area for 10 years and loved the beauty of the area. There is plenty of shopping and Restaurants and there is still plenty of large expanse of beach which is protected and prevents the area from becoming over commercialized.

What makes this property unique

The unit is so nicely furnished and decorated that it feels like home. The kitchen is fully stocked which makes cooking a breeze, the front loading LG washer and dryer is quick and quiet just like the one at home. The fridge is brand new as well as the dishwasher which is silent! The beach and pool is just an elevator ride away. The new patio furniture is welcoming when you sit on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view. It is truly a home away from home.
