nice stay

The cabin was clean. It had everything you need in kitchen and bath but your food and personal items. My husband is tall and the shower head and mirror was too short for him but just right for me. We had a nice view of the mountains.

Disappointed

Beautiful view but not as advertised. Expecting hot tub per online description, but there wasn't one. Was offered free night's stay ($200 value) or monetary compensation. Chose compensation and was refunded $25. Attitude of owner was dismissive.

Sheila, Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding. I'm not sure how hot tub was marked on our amenities list because I didn't put it on there. I offered you multiple option including a free night in the future with a value of $200 at a cabin with a hot tub. The cabin you were at was much less than that because it didn't have a hot tub and it wasn't peak season. So I was offering you something worth more than what you had paid. You chose the money back option. I had also offered over and above that - for you to use one of our other cabin hot tubs while there or to move cabins and you complained about both of those options.
