The cabin features two bathrooms, a half bathroom upstairs and a full large bathroom downstairs equipped with a shower, toilette, large sink, washer and dryer and extra storage area for convenience. Open concept living room and kitchen with two couches and a dining room area ensure you have all you need for a comfortable stay. The house has 3 electric fireplaces, a large one in the living room and two smaller ones in each bedroom areas. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, enjoying our screened porch, or exploring nearby attractions, this excellent cabin provides a welcoming space to unwind. Why they chose this property

We love this quiet neighborhood that is just seconds away from all the fun and excitement of the Pigeon Forge Parkway. You can hear the Dollywood train whistle from the porch of our house.

What makes this property unique

We spent summers in this neighborhood and grew up knowing all of the neighbors. When we purchased this house, we knew that we want to restore it, rather than building something new. Always loved this house and we called it the "Doll House" because it was a cute, beautifully maintained house on the top of the hill. We restored and reconfigured the inside of the house with knotty pine wood, added new kitchen and bathrooms. We held on to the original charm by keeping and restoring the original windows in the house. To keep the house comfortable in all seasons, we added two mini-split AC/Heat units. We like to think that this house offers the best of both worlds, original charm and soul with all the modern comfort that is required for an amazing stay.
