Walk to the Resort clubhouse. There are over 800 homes in Solterra Resort. After a refreshing time at the Lazy River and Resort Pool, the last thing you want is to get into your car wearing wet clothes and drive to your unit.

We pride ourselves on having a very clean and pristine vacation home just like our primary home. Sorry, we have a NO SMOKING policy in this house.
We are proud to offer you our stunning luxurious and spacious 6 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath which can comfortably sleep 12 at a minimum. Enjoy outdoor dining in your own private Lanai, with the luxury of your own private pool and spa.
No need to heat the Pool from the months of May to September. However, if you still need it, we provide it at an optional cost of $40/day for the entire duration.

All guests have access to free High Speed WIFI, Fully stocked kitchen, a full size portable and collapsible crib, and high chair provided for your children needs. Parking provided for 2 cars. No overnight street parking please.

Nice house, great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The owner was fabulous and prompt about answers to questions. The only thing i would reccomend is alerting renters and setting a day/time to contact the property manager.... We wanted the pool/hot tub heated and it was requested we contact and give money to the property manager. This was no big deal. However, we arrived late on a tuesday. On wednesday the property manager just showed up and we were told he turned the heat off because he didnt hear from us. That was literally our first day there, so i was a little annoyed by that as it was like we were expected to just be home and then taken for people who wouldnt pay. This could be handled differently. The other problem is that in the past at places ive rebted i have obtained cell phone numbers for contact purposes, this was done through chat on vrbo and if the service was spotty, it was hard to comnunite and obtain messages. If direct contact could have been obtained then a time/day could have been addressed to meet with the property manager. In addition the sliding glass door to the pool was very hard to open, quite honestly a pain because 4 younger children couldnt get out the door without help. This was brought up to the property manager and was wiped with soap and water, did nothing. And there were also a few towel racks and toilet paper holders that were coming off the wall, which i feel like the property manager should be inspecting. Other than those issues, the owner and house were wonder

Very roomy

Easily accommodated our party of 9, plenty of space for everyone both indoors and outdoors. The lanai was very large. The outdoor furniture could be updated as was rusty and a bit unstable. Little fixes are necessary such as replacing the toilet paper holders and towel bars that kept coming out of the wall. Definitely needs more kitchen items for meal prepping and serving. Carpet could be replaced as its quite worn. Grateful for the private pool and hot tub as several days the resort was at capacity. Overall though was a great fit for the size of our group.

Bring a fan

Over all the stay was good i would Suggest bringing a fan. It was kept a little warm for our liking and there was some road noise, but we bought a fan and that took care of everything.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our group of 14, only issue we had was not enough cooking supplies, pans and etc. other than that we had a great time. Close to everything. We would recommend this house to our friends and family. Thank you for the opportunity to make memories with the family. .

We came down here as a family a few years ago. For once in a very long time, we all felt a connection, which sadly had gotten lost in the daily chaotic schedule between work and school. Whether it was the typical fun filled resort activities at the clubhouse or the relaxing stroll we took in the evening or the brunches on the lanai in our own screened in backyard with the private pool and hot tub, we can't tell. But those 6 days were the most VALUABLE days in my life. My family did heal. We bonded and left with our hearts filled with content. We now make it a point to here every year, to relax, unwind and maintain sanity. We wanted everyone to have this connection with their families. So we embarked on this project. We bought this place, furnished and decorated to give it a cozy family sense of feeling. Upgraded the kitchen to be Fully stocked with utensils. We hired a very reputable House Keeping company, to ensure that the vacation home is pristine and impeccable just like our primary home. Now that we have done our part, the rest is up to you. Don't wait. Book with us and give the family the getaway and vacation you all deserve.

Why they chose this property

We have been on many vacations as a family. Not all of them have been satisfactory. There were many issues which would cause misunderstandings and would ruin the whole purpose as to why we travelled hundreds of miles to go on a vacation in the first place. Our goal was to find a place which had all the necessary amenities for a fun filled family vacation along with a wide choice of attractions, for the family to choose. Keeping all these factors in mind, we bought this place in a premium lot and make sure it is fully furnished with all the amenities.

What makes this property unique

Spectacular themed rooms. Open plan with plenty of room for everyone. Private back yard with pool and hot tub. Within 5-10 minutes, you will have access to Interstate Highway 4. You are literally 20 minutes from all the major theme parks, about an hours drive from Tampa Bay area.
There is a huge Publix supermarket just a couple of miles from the Resort, where almost anything you need is available.
