This stunning newly renovated three-bedroom, two bathroom penthouse has the best views in town! A master king suite with walk in closet, TV and private bathroom with access to the largest deck in town! The deck overlooks the Kalamazoo River, Mt. Baldhead and is located where the Star of Saugatuck Paddlewheel boat launches. Throughout the day you can watch guests climb aboard this historic boat, while also watching boaters go up and down the channel, or check out views of Downtown Saugatuck from the other side of the place. The second bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk. Central Heat & AC, smart TV, cable, wifi and lots of outdoor space. Comfortably sleeps 7. Custom made beds, views like you've never seen before, a large dining, kitchen and living area in addition to a bonus upper level reading nook. Amazing Location

This was the perfect location for the 4th of July weekend. It was a short walk to town and had a great view of the fireworks. We definitely would stay again.

Great location to everything in Saugatuck. Beautiful outdoor space for people watching, boats going by, and just relaxing. Plenty of space indoors for people to spread out. A well equipped kitchen. Plus, the entire condo was very clean!!!

Great location, fantastic views!

Stayed in Saugatuck for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect place. Entertaining on the large deck, watching all the boats go by and the Star of Saugatuck.The condo is beyond clean and communication was fantastic.We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property and fantastic location

The property was lovely and worked perfectly for our group. I do have a couple of suggestions though - (i) more mirrors (we had all girls and it was difficult to get ready), and (ii) I'd recommend noting that the boat is there and looks right into the property (although not a big deal, it was a surprise).

Wonderful place with beautiful views!

We had a fabulous stay! The penthouse was lovely, spacious, well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed the deck very much and loved watching the boats come and go. We ate many meals at the dining table on the incredibly spacious deck and also relaxed on the lounge chairs and sectional. The location was so convenient! Walking distance to shops and restaurant and a short drive to the beach.

We had an awesome stay! The location is fabulous…. Walk to any Saugutuck food or shop & sunsets reflect beautifully on the river! You could live on the deck or inside with full window wall. Everything was impeccably clean & equipped.

Perfect Location, Excellent Property & Nice Added Touches

We stayed over Thanksgiving 2024. We enjoy being on the water and this place was perfect. Great views from almost every room. The unit was very clean & comfortable and included everything we needed. There was a decorated Christmas tree and decorations which was a very nice "homey" touch given we were away over the Holiday. I highly recommend this place.

unbelievable views

as a local, I spend a lot of time in Saugatuck, if you are visiting this is the place to stay. the location is perfect - these views are probably the best you get in town. You are close to town, you could take the chain ferry to Oval, you can walk across the street for a great traditional breakfast at Ida's - a great place to stay for a townie trip in Saugy!

I could not possibly say enough about this property! It is exactly what is pictured and more! The place was spotless and well stocked with the essentials! The most perfect location for local shopping and dining. Everything is within walking distance. Host was very responsive and checkin was simple! July 4th long weekend stay

Exactly as advertised. Clean, fresh and spacious. You need to be comfortable with the “Star of Saugatuck” docking/loading/unloading right off your balcony but other then that, excellent location.

Perfect penthouse

Our trip to Saugatuk was wonderful. But the penthouse was spectacular. If u r lucky enough to stay, it will b one of the highlights of ur trip. The clean, well appointed penthouse was real luxury. The rooms were a generous size, the beds were cozy, and the big dining table was perfect. The huge deck overlooking the water was amazing. Would give this property my highest recommendation.

We had a quick stay during a local urgent family matter. Place probably had best amenities of any rental we have have ever had (tissues, hand soap at all sinks, hooks in bathrooms for towels - types of things that are not always present). Huge, well-appointed property with relaxing view of the river. Immaculately clean with all necessities included. No need to pack things like coffee, TP, paper towels, soaps. Beds very comfortable, windows with screens to open and enjoy the breezes and river sounds. Within walking distance to downtown area with many excellent restaurants, breweries, fun shops and coffee roasters. Would definitely stay here again. Easy drive to Holland/Fennville area.

Perfect Stay with Views & Walkable Location

Absolutely perfect stay for a 50th birthday celebration! This rental exceeded all our expectations. The views were absolutely stunning, the kind you never get tired of. The unit was immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels.We were a group of five adults, and the space couldn’t have been more comfortable. It was spacious, open, and with plenty of seating for lounging, dining, and gathering together. The location was ideal, walking distance to everything. Communication with the property manager was top-notch They were quick, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful location

Loved the penthouse.. the large deck made all the difference! (just be aware that Star of Saugatuck does actually dock at deck between trips, but did not bother us). The large kitchen overlooking living room and deck was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and updated (small wish that larger master bath was actually in master but we managed!) Wonderful to be right in town to easily walk to shops and restaurants. Found nice paths for biking and running nearby. Easy drive to Oval Beach for daytime fun and also to enjoy evening sunsets. Any questions we had during stay were promptly answered. Would definitely stay again!
