Our condo is located approximately 4.5 miles from Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. Within a mile there is Back Beach BBQ, Dairy Queen, Ole Beach Bar and PHO 77 - Asian/Thai food.
Outdoor Ring cameras are active for monitoring outdoor activities only for guest safety.

Perfect location

The place was clean. It is on the quiet end of town away from the high rise places. If you want a quiet place to enjoy a vacation with friends or family then this is it. Very short walk to the beach.

PCB Getaway

Clean, spacious, affordable rental. Close to the beach. Close enough to attractions but far enough away to have a peaceful stay! Would definitely consider another trip to the same rental if price stays affordable.

Weekend stay

Great property location and space was comfortable. The entry was a little tricky as you had to go out the back door each time to lock the unit and the walkway had some large items that you had to step over. Enjoyed the outside upper balcony and the lower porch each morning and late afternoon. Close to the beach, just across the street!

Great Location

Clean condo right across the street from the beach. Easy walk to get to the beach entrance. Very close to a Carousel Grocery store which is convenient. We were able to use the firepit on a cool evening. The bed was comfortable and location is quiet for sleeping. No lamp in the living area so we used a bed lamp from upstairs for some light at night. Loved the upstairs deck as you can see the ocean from there and soak up some warm sunshine. Laundry & appliances were all nice. Bring your own chairs or towels, if you plan on going to the beach for the day. Great spot to stay for getting to the beach without driving! Lots of restaurants within a couple miles drive too.

Great Time!!

Loved location!! Place was very clean. Would stay again. My only small complaints would be that the couch was very uncomfortable but it was very durable which is good for a place that allows dogs. Also I had a small 12 pound toy Aussie that I was nervous may slip through the railing spaces on the second floor balcony, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the view too much. She wanted to be out there when I was. It may be a good idea to put something up there to make it more safe for small dogs. Most likely she would have been fine, but she kept sticking her head and part of her body between the wood slats. My paranoia about it kept me from sitting out there much. Other then that everything was good.

Beautiful cozy condo

I took the spring break off but decided to go somewhere at last minute. We looked at several properties and this cute little condo came up in my results. It was a brand new rental that just became available and looked perfect for our family of four. The host was very polite and quickly responds to messages. When we got there I was so happy to see that the beach was across the street. The condo has two bedrooms and both have a private bath. I have two children and the room they occupied has a twin over full bunk with drawers built into the steps. The balcony off the master suite has a beautiful view of the ocean. The main floor also has a half bath and the kitchen came complete with everything needed. Very cozy condo and we will definitely visit again!
