PET FRIENDLY! This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of natural light and a well-designed floor plan. As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. Situated in a desirable location, just 13 miles south to the beautiful white-sand beaches of South Walton, this cottage is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment options. Use of Riverwalk Landing clubhouse, pool and all amenities included. With its thoughtful amenities and prime location, this cottage offers a truly exceptional vacation experience.
