This beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is located in the neighborhood of Crystal Cove and is located inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Stroll over to Sandestin‘s private beach, just a short ride away.This neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful lush wetland landscaping and overlooking the scenic lake. This home has excellent upgraded furnishings, kitchen, and baths to provide you with modern comfort during your travels. An extended outdoor patio allows you to relax and unwind while you enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast breeze.

As you enter the spacious living area and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open up to the oversized balcony and have the perfect view of the lake.

The living room has been newly decorated with top of the line furniture and a 46" large flat screen TV and the couch pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The Kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite and cabinets that are stocked with all the housewares items you might need if you're staying in for the night.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and balcony access! The master bath has a double vanity with a walk in shower.

Beautiful View!

We loved the neighborhood of this condo. It was in a part of San Destin Resort that was quiet with beautilul lakeview. The covered patio made it perfect for morning coffee even if it rained. We will definately consider renting this unit again in the future.

Lovely condo!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo itself is pristine and centrally located. The golf cart was convenient and we enjoyed taking it to the beach and Publix. The property management was readily available and friendly for a few questions that came up, overall a great stay!

Beautiful condo in a quiet community.

We fell in love with Sandestin Resort. This condo on Crystal Lake is beautiful and in a quiet and quaint community. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The golf cart was a huge bonus for the condo. If we return to Destin, this condo is where we would want to stay!

Best vacation ever had!

This place was amazing! It was so relaxing. Having the golf cart made it even better. The resort your in is beautiful. We drove the golf cart to eat breakfast over the bay. Not a far drive to the beach. I will definitely be back. Property owner was on top of things and very nice man. A+ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Last minute gem

We were about a month out from out visit to Sandestin when we realized we needed a place to stay. I was not optimistic that we would find anything. It turns out this unit was available and I would say we totally lucked out. The layout of the unit was perfect for us. Two adults and two children under twelve. It was furnished beautifully and had little touches that I appreciated. Laundry hampers in each closet and in the master bedroom even a jewelry box to keep up with your valuable. There were also shoe cubbies in each bedroom closet. Loved those. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We did do some cooking and found that the unit had everything we needed. The very large deck on the lake was nicely laid out. I was looking forward to watching a sunset but unfortunately there was too much cloud cover each evening that we planned to do so. The property manager was a clear and prompt communicator. We only had one issue, some ants in the kitchen, due to all the rain, and the issue was resolved promptly. He sent someone over and they left a can of ant spray in case we had any additional problem with the ants. Crystal Cove is a cute subdivision within Sandestin Resort. Getting on property was seamless at the gatehouse. We gave our name and were handed a parking permit for our stay. We were staying close to some friends who owned a beachhouse in another community in Sandestin and we borrowed their golf cart which did make it very convenient to get around.

Great setting and a wonderful view of the Lake. Did a little fishing. Lake is fresh water, caught a few decent Bass, all catch and release, also some VERY WIERD looking ducks. Very Large Deck as well as entire unit, which is quite clean and functionable.

Birthday Celebration

Beautiful Property. The property sits in the middle of SanDestin Beach and Resort so it is a big community on the opposite side of the beach. The resort is not easy to maneuver. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of; the beds were extremely unfortable, the golf cart was very old and hard to maneuver, the unit is poorly insulated and the residents above us walked as if they were coming through the ceiling. I could even here them talking. We were able to make frequent contact with our host when necessary. He was very friendly and patient.

We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I absolutely loved our 3 night 4 day weekend for our 7 year anniversary! The resort area was huge and gorgeous. We had no problem checking in at the main gate as a guest. The condo was beautiful and just like the pictures that are posted. We had everything we needed for our stay. We literally parked our car on Friday and didn't need to get back in it until check out on Monday. The golf cart was a plus plus to our stay. You can literally go to the beach, movies, restaurants, shopping, Publix and to the Wharf in 10-15min on very scenic beautiful ride on the cart. If you're not sure how to get somewhere just ask anyone else that's riding on golf carts or the security at the two gates of the community, everyone was friendly and whole area was nice and beautiful! The condo had a very nice back patio facing the lake which was beautiful and peaceful. And we needed to get away for some quiet time and that's what we got! They also had beach chairs, umbrella, two adult bikes and one youth bicycle. They were plenty of bicycle pathways you could ride on and golf cart trails. You could also fish at the pond. You'll need to bring your own rod and reel. I'll give this location five stars, easily!! And only suggestions I have is to make sure you bring your own supplies as far as coffee, creamer, seasonings and beverages etc etc but again if you forgot something there's a Publix 10 minutes away on golf cart. Our only complaint which is out of the control of the owner or property there was a family on the second floor above us that allowed their children to run, jump or play throughout the apartment so we could hear all the banging around like a football team upstairs. We didn't have that issue the first night but we did for the next two nights but we made the best of it! Some things are just out of our control. All in all we enjoyed every minute of our stay and had only wished we had booked it for longer. We didn't have any trouble or issues with anything, the air condition works great (a little loud) the beds were comfortable, the pillows were nice and we had enough towels. There's also a washer and dryer but bring your own detergent. The owner of the property responded quickly and was very thorough with all the instructions expectations etc. We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful Vrbo in Miramar, Florida. The home was very clean, the air felt fresh, and the view was absolutely amazing. The community itself had so much to offer—it truly felt like a destination on its own with plenty of things to do.The only downsides were that the property no longer had a golf cart available (we rented one off-premises but couldn’t access the entry gate with it) and the TV in the second bedroom wasn’t working—we didn’t notice until the last night since we weren’t really watching much TV.Aside from those small inconveniences, everything else was perfect, and we really enjoyed spending quality time with the family here. We would definitely love to revisit this property in the future!

Very clean and bright

This San Destin location was on the lake with seating on the patio for the entire family. Very clean property. Quiet area. Kitchen is equipped with all of our necessities so I was able to cook without a fuss. The property owner always answered my questions right away. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback is we wish we had access to a golf cart to drive around the resort. Hopefully this property will soon include a golf cart to the rental to accommodate guests in the near future.
