About this property

Historic Home across from Monument Beach, Central A/C

Lovingly restored, this beautifully decorated circa 1890 home retains many of its original features, yet has the added conveniences you have come to expect while on vacation. Amenities include central A/C, microwave, dishwasher, laundry room with washer and dryer, flat screen TV, and Internet. The first floor is open and welcoming, with several areas to sit and relax. All bedrooms are upstairs, including the master "tower room" with a king size bed, high ceiling and 6 tall windows to optimize the view. The grand wrap around porch is perfect for dining outside or just sipping a cool drink while watching the sunset over the ocean. In the back of the house, there is a large yard, a gas grill, and a hot outdoor shower with a private changing room. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the beach, playground, tennis courts, basketball hoops, convenience store, bakery, small pizza restaurant, and the local ice cream shoppe. The house has everything you need for a memorable vacation experience!

We are in a quiet neighborhood with many year round residents. Please keep excess noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
We have plenty of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and dish towels; we just ask that you wash what you use before you leave. Thank you!
