We were nine ladies celebrating our 60th birthdays who have been friends since middle/high school. This house was a fabulous location for our home base as we went to different spots around the Cape Cod area. The house was wonderful and the communication was excellent! Fantastic property with all we could ask for. We love it, and we would come back for any return trip to Cape Cod. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Generous space for everyone to get together but also to provide private areas as well.

This house was an amazing find for me and my husband and our friends and family. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The two full kitchen, multiple full bathrooms, and hang out areas made our trip enjoyable and carefree! Lu is a great host and was very attentive to anything we needed we will definitely be staying again soon!

Lu was a wonderful host. The home itself is so spacious and unique. On our ride home we all rated the house one of the tops we’ve ever stayed. And to top it off, I left books behind and Lu got them right back to me!! I will definitely stay again. It’s a wonderful home to spread out in! Two kitchens is a plus!

The home was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The home accommodated our family quite well and the outdoor fire pit enabled us to have nice family time at night. I highly recommend this home.On the improvement side:The ice maker does not work on the refrigerator and there were only two very cheap plastic trays available to make ice. I suggest at least having a bag of ice available for the next check-in. One area for improvement concerns the 2 bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms on the main floor -they are tub step in with no bar assists; also the toilets are low. For senior renters this is more difficult.Overall however, a wonderful home and we would rent this again.

A Luxury Retreat in Cape Cod!

Our weekend getaway at this bnb was absolutely wonderful! The property is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is filled with beautifully curated antique furnitures, the kitchen is clean, sleek, and fully modernized. The home theater, the powerful massage shower system, and the high-end, ultra-comfortable bedding made the night deeply relaxing.Trust me, this is not just a place to stay after exploring Cape Cod, it's a well-cared luxury retreat! Worth mentioning Lu, the host. She is gracious, attentive and truly committed to making our stay comfortable. We will definitely be returning and recommend it to everyone.

Lu was a very gracious host and in regular communication through all aspects of the check in, during stay, and after. The house is beautifully decorated with all the modern conveniences. We had a group of 9- 4 parents with our young adult children. We all appreciated the many thoughtful and convenient items we didn’t have to pack, coffee, soap, linens, laundry, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, towels… The description, pictures, and video were spot on. While the house might not be best suited for young rambunctious kids or those with accessibility issues (although there were 2 master bedrooms with full bath on 1st floor), it was great for our families! We loved exploring the area, playing pool, ping pong, and watching shows on the huge projector. The sauna and steam shower were awesome features along with all of the multitude of bathrooms! We appreciated that when we left, we didn’t have a long list of check out tasks, just a couple of requests. It is no wonder the rental has had excellent ratings!

Annual Friends Trip 2026. One couple and 3 friends. We all had plenty of room to spread out. All had super comfortable beds. Excellent communication with our host. Location was perfect traveling from Plymouth to Martha’s Vineyard and in between. Fantastic restaurants. Evenings spent around the fire pit with a glass of wine or movie night watching the projection huge screen. Only con: the back door step down 10 inch drop into the house I had a bad fall. Jrd
