Everything we needed, and more

We decided to stay here instead of one of the Scottsdale-area resorts and are so glad we did! The house, with its huge space, pool table, 2 lounge areas, ample patio area, putting green, and gorgeous pool and hot tub is really its own, little resort. The house itself is kept extremely clean, has privacy and Is close to trails, and Vince was more than helpful for anything that came up. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect October Escape

Great vacation property

My family of four (2 boys 7 and 12) stayed at this property for 2 weeks and recommend it as a great vacation property! It Is close to all of the sought after shopping/dining/activities but is still in a private location. Home itself has open floor plan great for entertaining and spreading out. Backyard was the best feature for my family- bigger pool than most with putting green, lots of seating areas, barbecue, etc. The owner Vince and his wife were so great- very attentive to any inquiries and just all around great people.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Vince greets you upon arrival to show you all you need to know about the house. He is always available for anything you need. You only need to pack your clothes bc the home has everything you need. We enjoyed fires out back, the pool and view is amazing, we played pool and practiced putting. There are board games and cards. Anything you need to cook is available, but if not there are restaurants galore in the area. Honestly, do not hesitate to book this one! We actually stayed a few extra days. It’s that great!!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Our family loves Scottsdale for Spring Break. Staying at this house was wonderful as the location and amenities were just right for enjoying our week. We travel with our children and the house worked well in that the master bedroom is on one end of the house and the children's bedrooms are on the other. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and well stocked with appliances and items to make eating in a great option. The pool area is awesome with the crystal-clear pool, spa and grill close by. It was great having breakfast out by the pool each morning. We had a great time shooting pool and putting on the putting green. They have all the "toys" needed to enjoy your stay without having to bring all the extras. In April it's awesome to turn off the AC and open up the sliding doors out to the pool and have a great open-air space from outside to inside. We made it up to Sedona one day, played golf and tennis, hiked in the lost dog trail network (trailhead located at the end of the street) dined out several times and most of all relaxed away from the busyness of the grind. We would recommend this property as a great place to get away as a family. It has all the amenities to make your Scottsdale trip memorable. Vinny was a great landlord and really cared about making us comfortable during our stay. Recommend his property!

Renting this property was nothing short of excellent. The house is in a great location close to major routes. Kitchen was very well stocked with all of the necessities. Patio, pool and yard were all as advertised and where we spent the majority of our time. Vince was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from!

Location! Location! Location!.......that's why we call it the "Perfect Scottsdale Location." This is a small, quiet and private 18 home community. Yet you are truly only 10 Minutes, (or less) to most of the top activities and events in the area. it's less than a mile to closeby grocery, restaurants and shopping.
Kierland and the Scottsdale Quarter, two excellent side by side, shopping and multi-restaurent centers are 7 minutes away. The epicenter of the entire Phoenix Metro Area, "Oldtown/ Downtown Scottsdale" is 12 minutes away.

Privacy! ....you'll have over 100 feet of undisturbed natural desert on the back and side yards. There are nice neighbors nearby, but you won't see much of them unless you want to. 1/4 mile from the property you will find The "Lost Dog Wash" trailhead. Home of the beautiful and serene McDowell Mountain Preserve....excellent desert hiking and biking trails.

Excellent Spacious floor plan. Layout allows for great privacy for guests along with large open gathering areas both inside and out. The glass walls open entirely to give this property a very special Private Resort feel, not found in other homes.
