Beautiful!!

Condo was perfect for 2 adults. Great views from every window. Magnificent sunsets. Most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in all of our travels.

Great Place

This is a very nice condo. Very nice staff. Elevators worked great, very fast. Liked everything except maybe the stairs. They are a little steep and this property would not be a good choice for someone with limited mobility.

It’s more of a one bedroom. There is a sofa fold out bed but very uncomfortable and the upstairs bathroom shower is not very ideal. But over all it was nice for just the two of us. Only one elevator worked most of the week and that was very annoying especially staying on the 7th floor so we will always look for a room closer to the bottom floor. We do love pinnacle port for location and family oriented. But this year there was nothing for the little ones to do. The playground was gone and the older children kinda took over the covered poolArea so our grand children couldn’t enjoy the pool area. The older children were jumping in over their heads and no one was around to stop it.

The condo is very dated. Removing the stained carpet and furniture would definitely be an improvement. We didn’t take any pictures of the interior because we would have been too embarrassed to share them with our family.

Rough stay

A third of the elevators were down the entire stay. Took 20 minutes to get in the room. Combination did not work. Pool was too small and over crowded for the property. Parking was inadequate and poorly planned.

Subpar for money

The carpet in this unit was really dirty and needs to be removed. Bathrooms were not clean. Mold and a roach in the shower. A/C not working very well. Kitchen is very tiny. But the view was great!

The main issue was the response from the host when I asked for bedding. It was listed that it would sleep 4 to 6 comfortably, it was cold out, and there was no warm bedding, just light sheets. When asked to supply some heavier bedding, their response was that we could go purchase some not the reason we booked through VRBO. The unit is extremely dated old carpet and furniture from 1980 this would have been fine because the unit was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the initial interaction with the host put a bad taste in our mouth for the whole trip. We had friends and family in other units and they had been updated and had plenty of bedding that we were able to borrow so it is not the unit. It is the host that is the issue here.

Please note that our homes are stocked with standard bed linens based on occupancy, and we understand that during colder weather, additional or heavier blankets can make a meaningful difference in comfort. Please note that we only provide a blanket for the sleeper sofa, and if additional blankets are needed guest will be required to supply their own, as stated in the Guest Portal "What to Bring" section communicated to all guests 20-14 days before arrival via email. Regarding the furnishings, while décor and updates can vary due to the independent owners, guest comfort remains a priority. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in a future stay.
