Nice condo, it was clean and the pool was very nice and large. Also Lisa the host was helpful and friendly when we spoke on the phone.

The condo was awesome, a bay view AND a Gulf view, cleverly built tower. The condo was clean and offered everything needed to cook, clean, sleep, etc. The owner was responsive and friendly and helpful. We had no real issues in our week long stay, we will rent from her again. I can't wait to get back. The location, condo, beach, area were all perfect!!

Perfect

It was very clean. Great location right on the beach. Best part is it’s away from the crowds at 30A but close enough to bike anywhere you need to go. We will be back for sure.

Good Stay

Had a pretty good stay. Only had a couple of minor issues but was fixed quickly thanks to the quick communication of the owner. Property was in a great location and super close beach access. I would recommend this property and would highly consider coming back.

Great Little Couples Getaway Condo

Great. Recommend. It’s a gated community and access. Have to go through Pinnacle Port resort system to get QR code to get in the gate.

Great Location

The location is nestled in the back of the Carillion Neighborhood and right on the beach. The condo is comfortable for 4 people. The property could use some updates, but it was clean and comfortable!

Wonderful place

Very nice condo on 7th floor with great view of ocean on one side and Lake Powell on the other. Had my 8yr old grandson with me. The pool was wonderful and the covered area was great for bad weather and night swimming. Would stay there again!
