We really enjoyed our stay at Mrytle’s Place! The house was very charming and cozy! The pool was super nice too! The exit that this house was located on had so much to offer! Endless coffee, food, and grocery options! Everything we needed was within 10-15 minutes of the house! David was super kind and very informative in our communications leading up to our stay and during our stay! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect description of the property. The kitchen is overstocked with the necessary items to complete our stay. This has been so comfortable that we hardly went anywhere because we had everything we needed here. From pool floating items to a well stocked coffee bar was all we needed. The complimentary coffee items are amazing. We are are actually going to order some of the same coffee for our home. The pool was so nice that we spent most of our time in the water. All we needed to bring is our food and clothes. The bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, tissue and more. Our favorite place we ever stayed. The televisions are huge and completely satisfied with the channel selection. We definitely will be back if he accepts us for another round. This was the best place to spend our anniversary. Thank you David for being an excellent host and allowing us to enjoy your home. ThanksRhonda

Everything was great. The house was very homey. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall was the outside. So many weeds and overgrowth. We had to cut a path to the pool. Once again we loved the house and everything g it had to offer!!

Perfect place for our week away. Spent most the time lounging at the pool then a movie on the huge tv inside. David was great with communication. Found out right before we got there that the fridge was messing up. There was a smaller backup fridge waiting there for us to get by until the big one was fixed. Dog had a fenced in backyard, even separate from the pool so we could leave her out when we were inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House for our Weekend Stay

Perfect location

The house was the perfect location. Half way between my nephews wedding venue and the beach. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. I really wish we could've stayed more than 2 days.

Weekend get away

My family and i absolutely loved the house! We will definitely be booking a stay again! Everything we could have needed was in the home..well except a potato peeler lol but we managed. Great neighborhood as well. Very quiet and no traffic. I highly recommend.

Graduation trip

Even though some of the home was dated, everything was clean and tidy and prepared for a family. One of the toilets leaked and communicating with the owner provided prompt service to be fixed. Great stay. Great pool. Would stay again.
