Welcome to paradise! Phoenix 5 812 is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo is located on the 8th floor and is directly Gulf front with amazing views of the blue waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Once you enter the condo there is a Guest bedroom on both sides of the entry hall. Guest bedroom 1 has 2 Twin over Queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. Guest bedroom 2 has 2 Fulls beds, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. The two guests bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a 4 top table. The living room has a large sleeper sofa, has a large flat screen TV, and offers breath taking views through the floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom is located off of the living room area. The room has a large King bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom, a walk in closet, and has a private access area to the Gulf front balcony.

Additionally, as part of the Phoenix V complex, guests of Phoenix V 812 can enjoy a wide range of resort-style amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and direct beach access. The complex is located in a prime location in Orange Beach, Alabama, offering easy access to a variety of local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

It was sufficient accommodations and we enjoyed our stay

No fault of the property that there was only one elevator working during our week stay. They need to do a better job on cleaning the rooms. It appeared clean to look at but walking barefoot quickly made the bottoms of our feet black, which proved a filthy floor that has not been mopped in a while. Old coffee grounds were left in the auto drip pot, we cleaned it out but could not get the auto dip to drain into the carafe , it kept spilling over the top so we just used the Keurig pods and last cleanliness issue we found old food left in the dining room chair seat. One of the queen beds appears to be damaged as it slants down at one end. Several electrical outlets not working. Could not get main tv to operate correctly and no instructions were available, we had to mirror everything from our cell. Still we enjoyed the stay. The beach was very nice and the property kept clean and pool areas kept clean as well.

Good view and room. 1 elevator didn’t work during stay. This wasn’t mentioned to me until after I made the reservation. Seems very shady way to notify people who already booked the room. Location was good and beach was decent.

We did have issues with the codes but as soon as I called they were able to reset and it worked. The only problem we had was the elevators were shut down except for two. Took average of 25 min to get up or down. We also choose a place based on having a heated out door pool incase the weather was cold and it was shut down and has been for awhile. As soon as they get all those fixed it would be perfect. Perfect views, amazing acess, and beautiful space.

We loved the location as we have been at Phoenix V in the past. The unit was roomy and two bathrooms added to the convenience. The unit didn't appear to have been cleaned very well as to the amount of sand under the living room rug The floors also needed cleaning. But overall we were happy with the unit and have it booked for January through February 28 of 2026.very happy thoparea and the floors had not bepast.

The condo was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The only issue was the shower curtain did have a little bit of mold, and there was a little bit of mold in the shower itself. Other than that, the cleanliness was great. Beautiful balcony view loved the seating. The rocking chairs were very comfortable and made the view more enjoyable..

Great Location

The property is great sized for a large group. The hallway bunks add a lot of great space. The space was a bit dirty with the floor leaving our feet black on the bottoms and the rugs were also visibly dirty. The ceiling over the dining room table was flaking off all over the table. With that being said, the showers and bedrooms were clean as well as the bedding and towels. I would Most likely stay here again.

Dirty rooms

Overall the stay was enjoyable but the condo was not clean. I have a crawler so cleanliness was pretty important. The sheets on one of the guest bed weren’t even put on. There was hair and a contact (none of us wear contacts) in the master bathroom. Dirt and sand under everything (dining table, every tv stand, night stand etc) and in corners. The cleaners just needed to simply stick their broom under these things as anyone who is sweeping does. The cable boxes were incredibly dusty, I don’t mind this as they aren’t mine but this will ruin them. The dishes put up were not clean. I was very tempted to put sticky notes on everything and a date so whoever found them knew these things were not clean from at least the time we were there but I didn’t. I understand this isn’t on property itself but the maids need to do the job they are paid for. Minus the filth and construction the stay was very enjoyable. My toddler enjoyed the splash pad, indoor pool and dipping sit machine in basement.

Great balcony

Our favorite thing about this place was the balcony. It was large and had great views. The kitchen was well appointed. The living room was very comfortable. The only thing we did not really care for was the small bathroom that was shared by two bedrooms. But overall this was a great stay.

The place we stayed was in a great location and had comfortable beds. The unit definitely needs updates throughout. The living area was nice, but the rest of the unit needs a lot of updates. There were not enough towels for our party (which was fewer than the listed max number of people) and everything provided by the management company was very minimal for the price of the stay and staying for a whole week.
