Truly cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 11 minute drive to Fort Jackson to see our grandson graduate from basic training. Host Ryan was/is quick to reply and also provided excellent suggestions for other activities/dining around the area. Will stay again should we have a reason to.

This house is a little hidden gem!!!! It is beautiful. You can tell Ryan puts his touch on the place by adding and leaving items for the guests!!! I use VRBO quite a bit and these personal touches were above and beyond others I have stayed at. Thank you Ryan for the excellent communication skills and sharing your lil gem!!!!!

Great location and very clean

Biggest thing for me coming down to Columbia is the location. I want my family to feel safe. This house is in a great location! It’s also very clean and updated. Check in and out went as planned. Great food recommendations as well!

USC Orientation

We lived the property. Its proximity to the middle of USC campus was great! Super clean, well kept, fans in bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very nice place, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Weekend escape

This was a great place to stay for graduation at Fort Jackson, a short drive to the base. It was very clean and well stocked. The host communicated well and provided a list of recommended restaurants in the area which we found helpful.

SC Vacation

We used this property as our base for exploring Congaree National Park and other sights in the Columbia area. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The host was very communicative and check-in/out was simple and smooth. Very nice accommodations!
