We have used this location option before (the other side of the duplex) and love it. The location is perfect; such a nice neighborhood. And very close to our USC student! Check-in and check-out process is so simple. The code entry process is so appreciated.

We highly recommend this house. From the moment we opened the front door, we have been impressed. The decor was thoughfully selected, attractive and comfortable , with everything we could need including spices and laundry soap. The location is outstanding, with easy access to downtown, USC, and within walking distance to Starbucks (1.25 miles and my personal favorite) and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the sounds of churchbells during the day.The communication with Ryan, the host, has also been outstanding - quick and helpful. Do not hesitate to rent this if a two bedroom, one bathroom meets your needs.

I would definitely stay here again when I visit Columbia. The property is located in a great area of Forest Acres and is conveniently close to shopping, the interstate, excellent restaurants, other everyday conveniences, and Fort Jackson.I was especially impressed that the property looked exactly like the photos and matched the VRBO listing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with all the amenities and conveniences needed for a comfortable short stay. The host was very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this property and would gladly book it again.
