Great place to stay. Enjoyed the area and accommodations.

Great stay. Clean and bedrooms were comfortable. Minimal "rules" nothing burdensome. Great hosting.

For future visits the kitchen needs new pots and pans and the grill was not useable. Pots and pans were all scratched up and dirty, the toaster oven was filthy. The grill was filthy. The firepit area was shared plus needed cleaned

We enjoyed our time in the location of the Finger Lakes as always.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were VERY comfortable. We enjoyed the area, many things to do. Wine tastings, cider tastings, train ride, Women’s museum, Harriet Tubman’s grave site, Ithaca Farmer’s Market and many excellent restaurants. We didn’t realize because we just assumed that there would be supplies in the bathroom, other than hand soap and toilet paper. We would have appreciated shampoo and soap, at a minimum. The outside of the property was not well kept. A picture of the outside was not included in the listing and I can see why.Overall, it was a very positive experience. We were allowed to check out at noon, instead of 10:00, which made our departure date much less hurried.

Nice inside outside needed some help

The inside was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The entrance and the balcony along with the outside grounds needed some care. For example we had to sweep the balcony and clean up the fire pit area in order to use it.

Lovely Place

This location on Cayuga Lake is convenient to many wineries on both Cayuga and Seneca lakes, as well as being close to lovely parks and towns. We loved the home with its spacious living area, large well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, the host was very responsive and helpful with answering questions. The townhome was clean and spacious, as advertised. The lake view was gorgeous, I took a picture of the sunrise every morning from my bedroom window. There were three of us staying (fairly picky ladies:)) and we all enjoyed the stay. I don't think we ever really fully figured out the heating/AC situation, but we were able to get it to a comfortable temperature, as we navigated both cool and warm outdoor temperatures. I will end by saying the location seemed to be ideal for us. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes and we were able to do everything we wanted with reasonable drive times. One improvement we thought would be nice if there were separate recycling containers, but this could be a municipal thing and not that of the VRBO owner.

We’re happy your first Finger Lakes visit was such an enjoyable one, Karla. It’s great to hear the townhome suited all three of you and that our team was helpful throughout your stay. We also appreciate the suggestions regarding the heating system and recycling setup.

Birthday hike & wine trip

The hosts communicated well and the place was very well designed & comfortable. The nearby, albeit steep, walk down to the lake is also lovely. The spot is close to wineries, lakes, hikes, & the women’s rights nat’l museum. Thank you; we would definitely stay here again 🙂

Very nice condo unit. Guests on each side of unit were fairly quiet. Beds were super comfy. Has a pretty view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. The walk down to the lake wasn’t bad. Kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was an added bonus and we were able to park our vehicle inside.

Beautiful lakeview

Property very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. House well stocked with 2 exceptions —- no corkscrew and no toiletries in the bathrooms. Having filtered water in the refrigerator would have been nice also but overall a nice quiet accomadation.

We enjoyed our stay.

We got there on the hottest day of the year and the air took several hours to catch up and cool the rental down. We had to drive to local store and get fans. The rest of the stay was fine. The yard had not been mowed and made the place look unkept. The rest of the property was great and we were able to visit local areas while there.

Beautiful property

This was a short getaway for my husband and I and we were very pleased with this property. It is in an older building, but the unit itself has been beautifully updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room was perfect for relaxing. At the end of the day, we liked sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. The central location allowed to visit multiple lakes, towns and wineries. The local area has an extremely limited number of restaurants. So be prepared to drive a bit if you like to dine out. The rental company was great and responded quickly to our questions.

Clean, bright, totally renovated, convenient!

In town for a family get together. The townhouse is conveniently located just off route 89. I thought the road noise would be a problem but the house is very quiet! Very nice view of the lake on the other side of the house. Good size bedrooms and living area. Well appointed with new everything- linens, kitchen items, furniture, appliances, etc. We had no problem with parking but in the busy summer season that may be challenging. (there is a large area for off-street parking) Owner and management company were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Well appointed house with amazing lake views

The location was ideal—peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated for exploring the wineries, lakes, and nearby towns. It made a great base for day trips while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. The house was clean, well-maintained, the layout is well thought out, the dining table overlooking the lake was a highlight.
