This modern Ovid townhome offers wide Cayuga Lake views and a prime location along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. With three queen bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas, it is well suited for families or small groups.

The open main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for eight, island seating, a Smart TV, laundry facilities, and a half bathroom. Upstairs, each bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV. Two rooms overlook the lake, and the primary includes a private bathroom.

A furnished balcony, private patio, fire pit, grill, and shared lawn provide plenty of outdoor space. Guests also have access to 11 shared wooded acres and 800 feet of Cayuga Lake shoreline.

Please note: The shoreline is reached by a steep, winding, seasonally maintained trail. The uphill return is strenuous, and no furniture, watercraft, or other amenities are provided at the water. Supportive footwear is recommended.

For future visits the kitchen needs new pots and pans and the grill was not useable. Pots and pans were all scratched up and dirty, the toaster oven was filthy. The grill was filthy. The firepit area was shared plus needed cleaned

Lovely Place

This location on Cayuga Lake is convenient to many wineries on both Cayuga and Seneca lakes, as well as being close to lovely parks and towns. We loved the home with its spacious living area, large well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday hike & wine trip

The hosts communicated well and the place was very well designed & comfortable. The nearby, albeit steep, walk down to the lake is also lovely. The spot is close to wineries, lakes, hikes, & the women’s rights nat’l museum. Thank you; we would definitely stay here again 🙂

Nice inside outside needed some help

The inside was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The entrance and the balcony along with the outside grounds needed some care. For example we had to sweep the balcony and clean up the fire pit area in order to use it.

Very nice condo unit. Guests on each side of unit were fairly quiet. Beds were super comfy. Has a pretty view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. The walk down to the lake wasn’t bad. Kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was an added bonus and we were able to park our vehicle inside.

Beautiful lakeview

Property very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. House well stocked with 2 exceptions —- no corkscrew and no toiletries in the bathrooms. Having filtered water in the refrigerator would have been nice also but overall a nice quiet accomadation.

We enjoyed our stay.

We got there on the hottest day of the year and the air took several hours to catch up and cool the rental down. We had to drive to local store and get fans. The rest of the stay was fine. The yard had not been mowed and made the place look unkept. The rest of the property was great and we were able to visit local areas while there.

Beautiful property

This was a short getaway for my husband and I and we were very pleased with this property. It is in an older building, but the unit itself has been beautifully updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room was perfect for relaxing. At the end of the day, we liked sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. The central location allowed to visit multiple lakes, towns and wineries. The local area has an extremely limited number of restaurants. So be prepared to drive a bit if you like to dine out. The rental company was great and responded quickly to our questions.

Clean, bright, totally renovated, convenient!

In town for a family get together. The townhouse is conveniently located just off route 89. I thought the road noise would be a problem but the house is very quiet! Very nice view of the lake on the other side of the house. Good size bedrooms and living area. Well appointed with new everything- linens, kitchen items, furniture, appliances, etc. We had no problem with parking but in the busy summer season that may be challenging. (there is a large area for off-street parking) Owner and management company were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Well appointed house with amazing lake views

The location was ideal—peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated for exploring the wineries, lakes, and nearby towns. It made a great base for day trips while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. The house was clean, well-maintained, the layout is well thought out, the dining table overlooking the lake was a highlight.
