Our 1-bedroom condo is warm & cozy, outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The condo sleeps a max of 4 guests. A king bed is located in the bedroom & the sofa pulls out into a queen bed in the living area.

Board games, puzzles, books, fast Wifi, a dedicated workstation, cable TV (basic), & a warm fireplace -- it's the perfect place for both work & play.

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about every appliance you could possibly need: a blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, waffle maker, & more!

We've got 3 ways to make your coffee: a French press, a coffee pot & a Nespresso with a milk blender. If you're more of a tea drinker, we've got a teapot & kettle for you. We do provide starter coffee, tea, creamer & sugar.

If children are accompanying you on your trip, we have a pack-n-play, a high chair, a baby gate, kids' toys, & plastic serving ware.

On the patio, you'll find an outdoor firepit & 4 Adirondack chairs, perfect for stargazing or enjoying your morning cup of joe. We have 4 cozy blankets in case it's a bit chilly.

A short walk away is the neighborhood hot tub, which is lovely after a long day of skiing or exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.

Decoration is provided during the holidays — a Christmas tree, a garland over the fireplace, stockings, a menorah & candles — so you can celebrate festively.

The entire condo is yours during your stay here. Just around the corner of the condo, is a shared BBQ & community jacuzzi.

Should you wish to use the community pool & gym near Granby Ranch Base Camp, it's a $10 fee per day.

To use the lifts for skiing or mountain biking, you'll purchase tickets up at the Granby Ranch resort. You can also rent or purchase gear, get ski lessons, eat at the local restaurant, watch live music during apres-ski & more up there.

Local fishing does require a permit. Golfing can be booked online.
