Great house in Indio

Very nice property, beautiful views, large and comfortable lodging. Great for our two small dogs. Close to many great activities. Had a great time, will stay here again.

Back for a second stay!

We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it so much we booked again! Very clean and convenient, great location. The pool and golf course views are wonderful. We will probably be back next year!

A rental home

We were in Indio for our son's 3 day wedding at the Zenda Estate. This home was a perfect base for us during the wedding events. Quiet, calm location was perfect. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day.

Wonderful updated home.

Lovely 2 BR/2BA home with pool and spa. Quiet location right on the golf course. Wake up to a beautiful view of the pool overlooking the golf course.

Peaceful!

My Husband and I had a great stay. We needed a couple days away to relax. The view of the pool and golf course were amazing. The recliner sofa was so nice and comfortable. We had our dog with us and she enjoyed playing out in the backyard. We would visit again. Thank you!

Good communication with host - friendly and quick to respond. Place was well stocked and had everything we needed. Even had extra towels for the pool. House was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and firm. 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 3 kids. Bathrooms and showers were updated and had everything we needed. WiFi worked great because cell reception is not great in this area. Would stay again the next time we are out here. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Management was very helpful, quick to respond to questions, and proactive. Very close access to Polo Grounds but don’t plan to drive yourself. Getting back to the house after the festival prevents you access on Avenue 50. But management very helpful information to get around, including a list of Golfcart drivers within the community.Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for us. Beds were comfortable. And location is great to get to Coachella, the reason for our visit. We will keep this property on our list for future visits.
