My husband and I have been married 38 years and we have lived in Spokane nearly 40 years, we have 3 beautiful daughters, 2 wonderful son in laws, 2 amazing grandsons and 1 precious granddaughter. Family is our world and we think you will enjoy this house.

Why they chose this property

We are close to everything. Whether it's the sporting arenas you are going to participate in or maybe you are one of the 50,000 runners participating in the Bloomsday fun run. There is also the largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament Hoopfest. We are in a great location for it all.

What makes this property unique

Located in the Historic Garland district where the famous Fergusons Fountain Cafe is located where Benny and Joon and Vision Quest were filmed and iconic Mary Lou's Milk Bottle where you can go get some amazing ice cream or classic diner fare.
