**About the Home** This three-bedroom, three-bathroom house offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The master suite upstairs features a luxurious king-size traditional coil spring bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. On the main floor, you’ll find a queen-size memory foam bed, and upstairs, there’s a twin/twin/full bunk bed, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room. We’ve carefully selected a variety of pillows to ensure you feel right at home.
We’ve outfitted the house with high-quality brands like Pottery Barn, JA Henckel, and William Sonoma, from the midcentury classic bedroom set to the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the use of our Keurig coffee maker, premium cookware, and stylish dishes throughout your stay.
Amenities- The house comes fully equipped with modern conveniences, including: - High-speed WiFi - Air Conditioning - Washer and dryer - Dishwasher and microwave - Smart TVs - Blow dryer, iron, and ironing board - Attached garage with an electric car charger (available at an extra cost)
Your safety and security are our priority. The garage, accessible from the alley, keeps your car safe at night, and we have three exterior security cameras monitoring the property—two in the front and one in the rear. Lights are programmed to turn on and off at night for your safety when returning after dark.
Location- Our home is ideally located in the Nettleton neighborhood, very close to downtown and Kendal Yards, making it easy to explore local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
