If you have never experienced staying on the intracoastal, you are in for a treat! This 1-bed 1-bath, DOG FRIENDLY, home is a rare find amongst the large family vacation homes. Take the roundabout before you hit the Surf City bridge and you will find Atkinson Point Road. This gem is perfectly fit for a couple looking for a romantic away. Includes: kayaks, a huge fenced in yard, a wraparound porch, and a fire pit are among a list of memory makers ready for you when you arrive!

- The Property: Turtle Shell on the Waterway is one of the most beautifully, private homes on our list. The property is located towards the end of a dead-end road, surrounded by water on both sides. Not only is the property stylish, but it is also dog friendly (2 pups max please!). The fully fenced in back-yard is a dream come true for a vacationing family. The wrap around porch is the perfect setting for enjoying a sunrise with a cup of coffee, to eating dinner watching the sunset over the iconic Surf City bridge. Large windows surround the entirety of the living room/kitchen area to bring the beauty of the outside, inside. This cozy, one-bedroom one-bathroom home is a rare find among the large family rental homes on the water.

- Grab a bike, paddle board, or kayak and take an adventure! Atkinson Point is located 1 minute away to the Surf City bridge, and 3 minutes away to the first Public Beach access and "downtown" Surf City. There are tons of restaurants, shops and entertainment! We have a list of "Our Favorite" places printed out inside. (You can always ask us through Airbnb messenger, we are locals and love giving out recommendations!)

- We supply: K-cups, sugar, creamer packets, travel size shower soap set, sound machines, starter paper towels and toilet paper, bed sheets, and a set of towels.

IMPORTANT: **There is not a washer and dryer on the property. We do suggest you bring extra towels if you plan on staying longer than a few days, or you can purchase an extra set of towels from us for $10**
Since we use a local linen company, if you request extras there will be an added charge. Your studio receives one towel set per bed. The set includes: 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, and 2 hand towels.

- Pets: We allow 2 pups max (only dogs, sorry!!) under 50 lbs. The space is not big enough to allow anything larger. We only have these restrictions so you will be comfortable!
** Dog crates are $40 to rent! Please let us know before you arrive so we can make sure the fee is added on to your reservation.

Guests will have access to ALL spaces on the property. The backyard, home and dock are 100% YOURS to enjoy privately during your stay. **The boat is not included in the amenities.

The Waterway is set up in the most perfect location where you will never get stuck in traffic, and other forms of transportation are a breeze. Take the kayaks out, or paddleboard to Sear's Landing and enjoy lunch on the water! The opportunities are endless.
