Just as it looks...Beautiful Very Clean and has just about everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! Beautiful view of the lake from the lanai! Short walk to the very nice pool! Great walking path that winds throughout the beautiful neighborhood.Close shopping for groceries!

Pristine property with gorgeous view

This place was brand new and immaculate, with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. A few steps from a community pool kept at 86 degrees and lots of loungers and shade if needed too. There is also a nice fire pit area. The community is gorgeous, and will be spectacular in a few weeks when the big amenity center opens. There is a big lake out back beyond the lanai that made us into bird watchers! The development is convenient to Marco Island, Publix next door, and lots of dining and shops a few miles down 41 on Collier. We will be back. Thanks to a very nice owner we felt at home right away.
