Enjoy this cottage in Matunuck situated directly across from the Atlantic Ocean and walking distance to Potter Pond. Rhode Island fishing and surfing is right at your fingertips and you can smell the ocean in the air. You can walk to the steps of East Matunuck State Beach (.7 miles) or South Kingstown Town Beach (.4 miles) with multiple other beaches a short drive away. Make your vacation as peaceful, or as busy, as you desire. This place is great for couples or families to hang out at your own private cottage, watching the sunset, grilling a meal, or soaking in the sunshine. Experience the active nightlife just around the corner with some live music or walk to get an ice cream sundae. Matunuck truly is an enjoyable place. World famous Newport, RI or the Block Island ferry is within a half hour drive. This place is a perfect beach getaway!
