Home away from home

Our family of 6 were able to thoroughly enjoy our small trip down to Rhode Island. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The grill was a plus as well as the outdoor shower to get rid of sand when coming back from the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again due to the affordable pricing and close proximity to the beaches nearby.

Perfect location for Rhythm and Roots Festival

We attended this years Rhythm and Roots Festival at Ninigret Park in Charlestown. This is a perfect location for that. It's also a perfect location to explore the amazing coast of Rhode Island. We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and everything was as advertised. Thank you!

Good overflow house

We used marks house to supplement our own house in the area to accommodate our large family on vacation. Its location was close , the outdoor shower was great and mark was easy to contact with issues. I’d rent it again.

Great short vacation

Nice quiet area, the house had everything we needed for our visit. It was clean and well organized, the main area had lots of natural light and was very comfortable. We would definitely come back. The kids (age10) are asking to stay longer next year- The location is a close drive to beaches and restaurants. Would recommend this house and hope to return

Perfect getaway

What a beautiful house centrally located to so much but yet tucked away in the woods. Kitchen and living room so inviting and decorated with such love. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Porch and fire pit were again just wonderful. House had everything you needed within reach. So close to our daughter’s school, the beach, parks, shopping and more. Mark is an amazing host and hope we can return again soon.

Birthday bash getaway 🎉

A beautiful quaint little house not far from the beach. I absolutely loved being set back on a private road in the woods. The house was very clean. The outdoor furniture was immaculate, and the outdoor fireplace looked brand new and well taken care of. The house was filled with everything we could’ve possibly needed down to games. If I were to make any suggestions at all, it would be to add a full body mirror. As a group of five girls, we would’ve absolutely love to see our outfits. This is also completely personal preference but the beds were also extremely hard and 3/5 girls woke up with sore backs. But again that’s personal preference and the house was amazing.
