The home is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping and is just 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood, the desert landscape, and the mountain views. We decorated and furnished your home for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests. You also have 1GB WiFi, a Smart TV .There's also a full-size washer and dryer that is shared with the people living in the guest house on the property. We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This home is in a great location, close to north Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Walking out the front door, you are a short walking distance to a hiking trail to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
