This is a 30 minimum vacation or long term rental up to 8 months. No shorter stays are possible. We have discounted the rate for long stays. A modern fully furnished house, 3 min walk to the beach! We're within driving distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Close to LA, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Ojai. Our rental can sleep up to 6 with 3 bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen sofa bed. All with quality foam mattresses, 2 full baths, 1 with shower, 1 with bathtub/shower combo, a full kitchen, living room and dining room. A washer, a dryer, Wi-Fi . Gorgeous backyard with flower garden, patio set and fire table, beach chairs, bicycles., everything you need for a beautiful stay !
