Such a cute, perfect little spot. Very relaxing, love that we could bring our dog. Easy to get to town, and host was friendly to chat with. Coming back!
We had a wonderful time here! The perfect little serene getaway while still being close to Santa Cruz and the beach. The booking and check-in/check-out process went smoothly, and Emkay was very communicative and helpful!
Beautiful property, a peaceful place to stay. I enjoyed reading my bible and journaling down at the creek. Emkay is an amazing host, very responsive, available, and kind. The room was cozy and comfy, left the window open to hear the creek.
The cottage was charming, clean, and very comfortable. The skylights and the windows make the small space appear spacious. The setting is serene, surrounded by redwood trees and a stream that runs along the property. Lying at night with the window open, we heard the sound of the stream and the silhouette of the redwood through the skylight.
Absolutely loved this place. The “beach” area down at the river bed was amazing. Slept like a baby. Very peaceful. NO BUGS! Great host. A lot to do in the area and not that far away from San Francisco or Monterey.
We travel to Santa Cruz once a year to mountain bike. This year we brought our dog so we needed a place that excepted pets. The cabin was clean and nice. The area is close to the trails, the beaches and dining. I would recommend staying. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
