Definitely pet friendly. Parking was a little challenging but not terrible. Only issue was window blinds which were hard to use though host was super responsive. Also it would be good to have a bath mat available.

The pictures accurately reflect the property. The location was great. What we had problems with was the two set of stairs to the unit. Both my wife and I are in our mid-seventies and I have arthritic knees and Achilles tendonitis which made the stairs a minor challenge. Our dog is 12 and is small (14 pounds) and could not climb the stairs. This meant that we had to carry the dog while climbing the stairs. We had a good time but the unit did present some challenges.

Family getaway

The property was fantastic for a multi-fam vacation. The property was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The front door lock was quite tricky and caused some frustration, but otherwise it was a lovely stay

The Loft is amazing, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Parking could be a bit easier but we understand it’s the town, not the loft owner’s fault. That being said, only concern is that the coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Other than that, this place and town are amazing. Very difficult to leave, that’s for sure! Thank you for having us!

Capitola greatness

The place is central in this coastal town. I am pleased to come visit after the storm wiped this little town to pieces. Thank you for keeping it dog friendly

Great location and very clean

Well appointed property. Phenomenal location. Parking is a bit of a racket downtown, but no fault of the home, just be aware. I covet this little makeup area! The photos are true to life, even better in person. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.
