The space
Relax in this turnkey 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment. This apartment accommodates 4 guests in queen and king size beds and additional 2 guests in the living room with a full queen size sofa that pulls out into a bed.
Enjoy the state-of-the-art kitchen, dishwasher, full washer and dryer, and quartz island. Relax in every room with 3 smart TV’s and full streaming, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

Well set up for Nomad remote work or just to relax and disconnect from the crowded world we live in.

This stunning new development features three swimming pools, roof top terraces with plunge pools, a state-of-the-art gym, yoga area, covered grilling spaces with built in gas grills and a fabulous new beach club area, overlooking the Ocean and literally a few steps from the beach.

At the back, the development melts into the jungle blending perfectly with the environment.
In the morning, sit on the terrace with your coffee and take in the sunrise over the ocean or take your coffee up to the rooftop (elevator and stairs), dip your feet in the plunge pool and enjoy the spectacular sunrise from there. If you prefer, take your coffee to the community’s on-site beach club area overlooking the ocean and beach and enjoy it there.

Do the same at night except with a glass of wine and from the rooftop terrace take in the spectacular sunsets over the Mayan jungle.

Walk out from the resident beach club at the south end of the development, enjoy the pier and sink your feet into the beach, stroll , enjoy the waves, marvel at turtle hatching, and a short stroll along the beach to hang out at the Beached Bikini Bar and Grill, for a beer, margarita and fresh and cheap grilled food while enjoying the view.

At the end of the day, relax on the spacious terrace overlooking the garden and enjoy the built-in hot tub to soothe away the day’s activities.

Quiet condo near the beach

This condo is located down a quiet dirt road. We had no trouble on the road. There is some construction on nearby buildings, but we did not hear it from this ground floor unit. Overall, it was very quiet (bonus!). There are not people trying to sell you tours in this area (bonus!). There are no stores or restaurants on this road. The shower is heated by a tankless water heater which was not pleasant. Once the hot water got to the shower, it was hot 3 minutes, then cold 5, then hot another 3. Sadly, this is very wasteful of water and is not enjoyable. Other than that, it is a good place to stay, and the condo is as it appears in the photos.
