The Aspen Mountain Residences [Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen] at Owner Direct Rates

This luxury residence is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday to Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

This 3-Bedroom/3-Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The unit features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, three master bedroom suites with King beds, fireplace, & stone tile bath, and either a balcony or a patio. A full-size sleeper sofa is also in the living room. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

Perfect family ski vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at this lovely 3BR 3BA unit. It was beautifully furnished and well appointed. The service from the front desk to housekeeping was superb. We appreciated not having to rent a car - we walked or used the shuttle service. So convenient! We plan on returning next year. Thanks!

Aspen ski week

Fabulous property, just perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples) and 13 month old; easy (2 minute) walk to gondola, and conveniently located near Aspen’s best dining, shopping. Each of 3 bedrooms has it’s own bathroom & king bed, and main area has spacious kitchen/dining table/den. Staff were exceptionally courteous & proficient, including front desk, concierge, valet, and courtesy shuttle drivers! This is a terrific property that we will be returning to!

Perfect ski vacation!

Wonderful residence condo with ample room and easily convertible to private studios if desired. The furnishings were 1st rate and the hotel service outstanding. The condo overlooks the ice skating rink which is adjacent to the transportation center so there is some associated noise which didn’t bother us a bit, but something to be aware of (the buses crank up just before 6:00 am each day). We ate out every night, enjoying the wonderful Aspen cuisine. For the more ambitious cooks, the kitchen has all high-end cookware and I don’t think was lacking anything you might need. The ski valet service is outstanding—really doesn’t get better! We’ll be back!

Location couldn’t have been better! Loved the spacious condos and balconies overlooking Aspen! Our kids could run back and forth to the park and we could easily keep an eye on them. Perfect for our family of 6 all around! Highly recommend!

Great spot close to everything!

This 3 bedroom condo is actually much nicer and spacious in person than the photos convey (plenty of room in the living room for our two year old to play with her toys) and there are two awesome balconies too overlooking the pool where we had coffee every morning. It's steps away from everything in downtown Aspen and the booking manager was super accommodating and efficient in helping us with a last minute booking here (we decided to extend our stay in Aspen last minute and our existing rental wasn't available). We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, son, mother, and I booked this place for Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen, separate bedrooms (each with its own fireplace) and bathrooms made this the perfect place for an extended stay. My son loved the deep, soaking tub with jets and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the shower that doubled as a steam room. We’ll definitely return and request this property. Highly recommend it.

Another fantastic year!

Three generations enjoyed another fantastic week in Aspen at the Hyatt Grand. As always, Tami was easy to work with and helped direct us to a beautiful unit that provided ample space for everyone. The property's central location cannot be beat and we took advantage of Aspen Sports off the lobby for ski rentals and the daily shuttles to the different ski areas. We'll definitely be back next year!

We have been staying here for years. The units are perfect for larger families (we usually have 5-7 people). the facilities are great and their schedule of renting weekly matches our kid's spring break. The location is across the street from the shuttles and a block from the gondola. all the good restaurants are right there. Tami Brown at Last Hoorah has all the best units available to her to rent at reasonable prices.

Fabulous facility in the heart of Aspen

This is a well-appointed, elegant facility about as close to the Gondola in Aspen as you can get. Service was excellent with daily housekeeping. We've stayed there several times and the property is well maintained with many creature comforts including a pool, hot tub, wine bar, and exercise facility. Great restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance-once our car was parked in the heated garage, it didn't come out for a week!

I would stay in unit 38 again

everything was great, in fact better then four stars, and there was no 41/2 stars. Every unit at the Hyatt seems to have a different layout. our was three units put together by connecting doors. 38A,38B, and 38C to make a three bedroom. The half point off would only be the bedroom in 38B is a interior bedroom with no window and folding doors to the living room. It was really no issue for us, but not sure if was technically a bedroom or they got around it with the folding door. My advice check the floor plan of the unit you get to make sure if fits your needs. The Hyatt is a great place to stay in Aspen.
