We loved our stay in this condo. The beds were super comfy and there were lots of warm cozy blankets on the beds for the colder nights. The location is just a quick drive to town which worked great for us. We used the roof top hot tubs every night. We would absolutely book again.

The host was accommodating by letting us into the condo early since we arrived early during a snowstorm. Wish there were more suggestions on what to do in the area. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and the heating element wasn’t working properly on the dryer. Wasn’t drying the clothes.

We appreciate your business but no not understand this review. The dryer works perfectly, needed to switch out of cool mode to heat dry. The bathrooms appear spotless and we didn't know an itinerary needed to be provided for your trip.

We have been local to Traverse City for 20 years. Originally, Michael is from Northern Ontario and Dustine is from Columbus, Ohio. We own 4 condo within Traverse City and all are perfect to explore the beauty of our area.

Why they chose this property

Base of the Old Mission peninsula is the perfect location to explore the TC area. Downtown TC is 3 miles to the west and the Horse Show By the Bay is only 8 miles to the east. Located less than a mile from the Civic Center, NMC and numerous restuarants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Brand new construction with an industrial design flavor. The condo has a rooftop deck with 10 hot tubs for use.
Condo is large, with high ceilings and gorgeous views out of its 4th story windows.
