Why they chose this property
Base of the Old Mission peninsula is the perfect location to explore the TC area. Downtown TC is 3 miles to the west and the Horse Show By the Bay is only 8 miles to the east. Located less than a mile from the Civic Center, NMC and numerous restuarants and shops.

Brand new construction with an industrial design flavor. The condo has a rooftop deck with 4 hot tubs for use.
