Spacious Modern Home in West Freehold

We have been hosting various properties for over 15 years and always appreciate feedback that will help improve our guests' experience. We are very conscientious and attentive hosts who respond immediately to the needs of our guests. It's always regrettable when a guest does not have an ideal experience, and in this situation, as always, we apologize. We could have helped mitigate the issues if the guest had communicated with us, unfortunately, they never reached out. The house is actually well insulated as we recently replaced the original insulation in the attic. Regarding the temperatures in the house, we installed an advanced thermostat with sensors throughout the house which the guest has control over. A quick text or call could have easily addressed this and the plunger concern. As for the beds, we have standard sized beds. It's unfortunate that it did not suit the guest's size. We try our best to be accommodating, but realize we can only do so much in that regard. Special needs are best inquired about before making a reservation.
