Charming updated colonial bordering Sylvan Lake, Avon. Large LR, DR, galley KIT, great for cooking, lemonade porch with rocking chairs. Large backyard, deck, fenced yard, 8 bikes beach chairs, outdoor shower. Four bedrooms on second floor with gorgeous bathroom, soaking tub, shower stall. Walk to restaurants in town quick bike ride or drive to upscale Asbury Park for dining, music, entertainment, art scene.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

No large parties, family gatherings bbq’s are absolutely encouraged. We have a nice deck and grill for entertaining in the backyard. No smoking.
