Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check in is after 3:00. Key code will be sent.
No smoking on or off property.
No unregistered guy without prior approval allowed on property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking on property. No pets of any kind due to severe allergies. $50 an hour charge for past check out time.
House rules on refrigerator in addition do not use bath towels for spills ect. Cleaning towels will be under sink. Damaged linens will be charged.
No unregistered guests allowed. $100 a night will be charged for any unauthorized guests
