This house is designed for providing guests with a 5 star stay. Be close to so much: Science Center, I-485, restaurants, shops (6 minutes to Walmart), and Downtown. Two separate living rooms (one extra large) provide lots of space to spread out. Huge primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double workstation. This house sleeps 10 guests in ultimate comfort and offers ping pong, foosball, horseshoes and other fun games.

About the house:
You will enter into the first of two living areas. The front room offers a sofa, two chairs, and 55 inch 4K smart TV. There is also a kid-size pool table. And…one of the built-in shelves is a secret door to the secret playroom.

Go down the hallway and you will find the full bath featuring an updated vanity and a bath and shower combo. Three bedrooms also are along the hallway. All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

The first bedroom features a full bed, floating nightstands and a 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, sitting chair, dresser and 44 inch 4k smart TV.

The third bedroom features a spacious room with an attached half bath. This room has two bunk beds, chest of drawers and a 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The main primary room features the largest bedroom with an attached cavernous full bath and walk-in closet. This room also has a unique two-person office desk to work in comfort and privacy.

The main bath is enormous and features dual vanity sinks and a shower and tub combo. There is tons of room to get ready in the mornings.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features everything you need to stay in, cook and host. There is tons of countertop space for food prep. Additional kitchen amenities include: blender, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker and everything needed to cook and dine with.

Off the kitchen is the formal dining room providing enough seats for everyone to gather for dinner. This room is adorned with a beautiful non-working fireplace.

The second living room is huge and offer a back-lit foosball table and a sectional to have everyone enjoy the 65” inch 4K smart TV.

The backyard is completely fenced in and offers a very spacious patio area. A gas grill is provided to cook on and chairs to surround the fire pit.

The garage features a ping pong table to challenge your friends and family.
If staying for a weekend or for multiple months, this is the place to enjoy your time away from home.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. There is a $150 fee for bringing pets. There is a $450 fine for not obeying pet rules. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.


*No Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.


*No Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke on the back deck but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.

*Cameras*
This property has security cameras for guest security. All cameras are outside and are located on the ring door bell on the front door and security light on the back of the house near the sliding glass door facing the back yard. Cameras are able to record.
