We love calling Greensboro home and hope you enjoy our great state when you come visit!

You’re just five minutes from the Friendly Center, Guilford College, and Starmount Forest Golf Course — and only a short drive from parks, shopping, restaurants, and downtown.

The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and filled with mature trees — ideal for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay that’s still close to everything. Whether guests are here for a college visit, family gathering, or weekend getaway, this location offers a true home-away-from-home experience.

What makes this property unique

Guests often tell us how much they appreciate the space, comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout the home — especially families with kids. The finished basement has been a big hit with little ones (and grown-ups too!), complete with a massive beanbag chair and plenty of space to spread out and play.
