Close to old town, golf and dining - heated pool, gym; small/medium dogs welcome
Come enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer from the comforts of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located Sunscape Villas. We have furnished the condo with all of the comforts from home including a 50' Plasma TV with free Netflix movies, Pandora Internet Radio & Wi-Fi. Enjoy our well equipped kitchen for preparing dinner at home or walk just a block to find some fabulous restaurants.
Our favorite thing about the condo is the wonderful amenities at Sunscape Villas. There are two outdoor heated pools with hot tubs nearby, a state of the art exercise facility and an exercise/yoga room for your enjoyment.
We are located within a mile from Old Town so you have easy access to shopping, nightlife and the wonderful art galleries close by. If you come for Spring Training, you are just a few blocks from the World Champion San Francisco Giants and within a few miles of the brand new Salt River Fields that will host the Arizona Diamondbacks & Colorado Rockies.
Please ask about discounted rates for extended stays between May & October.

Why they chose this property
We stayed at Sunscape for the month of January several years ago and just loved the place! The complex has great amenities - 2 heated pools, hot tubs, great exercise facility, yoga room - and it's all within a mile of Old Town. There are some great restaurants and live music just a block away.
