This has everything we needed. The only major negative was that there was no ac. I wish I had known this ahead of time. I wasn’t told that there’s no ac this time of year until after we checked in. It was a bit stuffy, even with fans going and we ended up having to crack windows and patio doors open. We didn’t realize til check out that the person who stayed before us left dirty dishes with food in the dish washer. Other than that, the space worked well for our trip. It was a good location, the property was very nice and well maintained. The laundry facility was super easy to use.

First time to the Scottsdale area - we were seeking housing for our son who will be completing his summer internship in this area - we are from Pittsburgh, PA…we wanted to check out the location prior to his start date. The property at Scottsdale Park Suites is beautiful. From the time we checked in until the time we departed it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. The location is safe and clean and convenient. Highly recommended - everything you need for an enjoyable stay is here! We can’t wait to go back!

Very clean, exceptional customer service. Situated next to a park with miles of paved greenway; grocery store within easy walking distance. Complex has tennis, pickleball, bocce, bean bags, tons of outdoor seating and grills. The only thing to be aware of is the kitchens are minimally appointed. I would have liked a cake pan and a larger cutting board.

Everything was great but I didn't realize if you stay on the second floor you need to walk the stairs. So, if you have problems with stairs be sure to ask for a first floor suite.

Better than a hotel!

The location was great, easy access to the 101 and local enablement's with much traffic. The complex was warm and cozy, close to a trail to go for a run or walk and super friendly staff. The rooms were a bit dated, the hot water only got warm, and the rooms close to the street were a bit noisy. But those were minor, and I enjoyed the stay very much, next time I will get a room away from the street. The kitchen was nice and had full size fridge, the bed was too soft for me but I like a firm mattress. Overall, I enjoyed staying here and I will stay here again, maybe just a room away from the street.

Good location - clean property

We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us.

Was a cute little apartment. Was great for just my husband and I. Was a little disappointed there was no air conditioning!!! Like ZERO! Was told to leave a window open. Was really hard to sleep at night with it being extra warm PLUS having the cop shop and fire station within blocks so much noise! Was told they are in a boiler system and could not just make a switch however, being in late February was uncomfortable sleeping! Air conditioning was checked under amenities so this took us by surprise.
