What a beautiful home. This place had everything and then you step right out on the beach. Every amenity you could think of and the home was very well appointed. Everything you need but at the same time simple and elegant. Massive bedrooms, high quality furnishings and plenty of to do in the rec room on a rainy day. Yes it’s expensive but this is not your ordinary beach house. You get what you pay for, this home is one of the grandest on Bonita Beach.

This was truly one of the best vacations of my life! The house is absolutely phenomenal, and the owners and property managers thought of every little detail to make our stay unforgettable.From the pool table, ping pong table, and movie room downstairs to the abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach games, this house has everything you could possibly need.The location is perfect, with so many great restaurants nearby. The pool area is absolutely stunning, with incredible views, a refreshing breeze, and a hot tub you can control to your liking. Every bedroom is spacious, with beautiful high ceilings, and the entire property is just spectacular.I really can't say enough great things about this house. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped for our family. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Bonita Beach and everything we needed nearby.Communication with Crissy and the team was excellent from beginning to end. They were proactive, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, checking in during our stay and making sure we had everything we needed.The house was perfect for traveling with young children, and we truly felt at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well maintained everything was.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again. By far, the best VRBO experience my family and I have ever had. The property was very clean and comfortable. Anything items we needed for cooking, cleaning, day to day needs, was already in the house and available. As a great example, there was a drawer with pens, paper, and even AA and AAA batteries - let alone foil, zip-lock bags, and other easy to overlook items. This wasn’t just stuff left behind by previous guests, this was intentional from property manager. We requested a few additional pictures before booking, they were shared with us very quickly. Most VRBOs we’ve had issues with something throughout the week and had to contact the host, be it the pool, the dishwasher, the fridge, the hot water, nothing with this house. It was a perfect, stress free, easy experience!

It is the perfect home to enjoy a family gathering. It has everything you would want to make your beach stay perfect. The view is breathtaking. The beds are so comfortable. The home is impeccably clean and tidy. They have thought of everything. The beach is so pretty. The pool and hot tub was great. The sunsets were gorgeous. We had a fantastic time.

First time in Bonita Springs. Beautiful home, very clean, and the concierge service was excellent—quick to answer all our questions. The only issue was that the home really has only 5 true beds, and we had 7 people who needed separate sleeping spaces. They did provide 2 small fold-away cots, which helped. Overall, a great stay and we appreciated the responsiveness and comfort of the home.

Perfect Location and Home

Property manager was very responsive from the beginning to end of stay. Home was in the perfect location, clean, has everything we needed and technology was easy to use. Our family consisted of people ages 3-76 and there was something for everyone at the house. Will be coming back again to stay!!

Beautiful home, probably just a few years old. Very clean upon arrival. Great room is terrific gathering place for family get togethers. Amenities are great, including bedding and bath and beach towels, TVs, appliances, outdoor grill, pool side and lanai longing. Lots of fun games for all ages, including video, ping pong, foosball, pool table, darts and beach toys. Adult size paddle boards. Home is very nicely but durably furnished. All bedrooms and baths are spacious especially the enormous master. Wonderful views and right on the beach. Watched the morning dolphins and got close up to manatees. Small pool was great for cooling off and lounging. Small children loved it and preferred it over gulf. Elevator was much appreciated. Drop down, powered bug screen helpful combating evening bugs. Plenty of parking. This is a great home for large families. Host was very helpful, accommodating and communicative. Price maybe a little steep but well worth it.

This property is 10 out of 10 exactly as posted. Great communication. Easy check-in. Very clean inside and out. Lots of beach toys & set-ups. How-to videos on anything you can imagine in the house. Pool / spa clean. Unobstructed view of the pool and the beach at the same time. Great map of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay at this property again.

Beautiful Bonita Beach House

This home offered plenty of space for our group of family and friends. The home was exceptionally well equipped with all that we needed. We kept discovering new amenities as the week went on. The infinity pool overlooking the Gulf was a favorite spot for most as well as Sharkey’s Bar. The manager and her assistant responded very quickly to any questions we had prior to the trip and during our stay.

Fabulous beach home!

Our family of 12, ages 3 - 78 had a wonderful week. Eight adults and four kids aged 3-10. The home was well provisioned, clean, and comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided: paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, spices, kitchen supplies, linens, etc. The location is great! Ten minute walk down the beach to Doc’s. Truly an amazing property.

This property is OUTSTANDING!

We are in love with this home. We enjoyed a week at this beautiful home and we are in love. Everything was perfect and exactly as posted. Every convenience that you could imagine. The host Crissy took care of everything. Stocked the groceries before our arrival, helped setup a dinner at the house and delivered dessert ahead of time. She is outstanding. We are already talking about returning next year.

Wonderful home, location and management

Incredible home. The home is brand new and includes all kinds of extras, including paddle boards, boogie boards, games and more. Our family had an incredible time and the management was super supportive. They made sure we had everything needed for our stay, the staff are great communicators. The location of the home is perfect, the beach in front is peaceful and beautiful. In addition the home is close to lots of great restaurants and stores. We found the house to be one of our favorites. You will most certainly enjoy this house.

Great multi-generation home.

Extended family, ages 3 - 78. The home was well stocked and meticulously outfitted. The beds are great, the view is unbeatable, and the pool setup was perfect for monitoring kids while hanging out. Grandkids 3, 6, 7, and 10 especially loved the pool. SUPs provided frequent entertainment for the adult parents and kids. Walkable to Docs. 5 star all the way

Fantastic Home

We have rented high end homes several times in Bonita Beach, as well as having stayed at the Ritz Naples (10 minutes south) dozens of times. This home is one of the most expensive to rent on Bonita Beach, but compared to other options on the beach, with a pool, etc. or compared to the prices at the Ritz, it is worth it. This home has been built and furnished to live in - not just to rent. Every detail has been thought through extensively from numerous refrigerated drawers throughout the house, to the furnishings, to the design of the pool and hot tub, outdoor and indoor living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms, etc. It is heads above the other homes we have rented on Bonita Beach and elsewhere throughout the world. I highly recommend.

As you walk in the front door, the view across the infinity pool to the ocean is breathtaking! We arrived with eight adults (Grands, adult children, spouses) and six children between them. This house had something for everyone, from workout equipment, stand up paddle board, to children’s games ! The interior was beautifully appointed and provided multiple gathering areas Outdoor kitchen and decking were spacious and lovely. Our grandchildren were up every morning and amusing themselves in the game room bounce house, video games and air hockey table. before we hit the beach! Location was secluded enough that we had plenty of beach privacy but could easily drive to activities. Kudos as well to the rental company personnel! How lovely was it to arrive to a gift basket taking into account the age range of all guests! Checked in and out was easy. Would most highly recommend.

Beach House Dreams

From the moment we stepped onto the property, we never left - this should say it all! The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your dream beach vacation. It was nearly impossible to get our kids out of the game/theater room (not pictured). We quickly became "Fast & Furious" champions and played cornhole tournaments. Going to the beach was a breeze as the home provided ample chairs and umbrellas. The sand was powder-soft, and the waters were clear; the kids really enjoyed looking for shells daily. Not to mention, great neighbors - this is a family-friendly area. Each bedroom was exquisite and tastefully decorated, each with its own private bathroom. The master suite - wow! Just wow! Waking up to gorgeous unobstructed ocean views felt surreal. Did I mention that we are from Miami, and beaches are nothing new to us? But this, this was just something of pure bliss. We enjoyed many nights out on the patio listening to the ocean while cooking on the barbecue. We loved that it was a smart home equipped with all the latest technology. iPads are provided in all rooms for easy access to control systems. Our family looks forward to coming back as we had to promise our three-year-old that this wouldn't be his last visit to "the best big beach house."
