Fantastic home! Plenty of room for 6 men on a week long golf trip. Close to all the courses we played and plenty of great resturants to choose from. Highly recommend

Our stay was only for the available 4 nights, and the weather was unseasonably cool for March in Naples, but we had a wonderful time in this amazing property. It is very well equipped and comfortable, ideally located, and offers everything any renter would want...top notch in every way. We hope we can return in the future.

Great house. Large and spacious with great amenities. Kitchen is very large and plenty of seating for a larger group. The rooms are great with comfortable beds with plenty of common area for those who want to get away from the crowd and relax. The outside area on the canal is fantastic with an outdoor pool, hot tube, mini golf and multiple seating areas. The house is well equipped with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

We had a terrific time in Naples over spring break with our extended family .Jen was a terrific host and was very accessible and available to answer any questions we had. We loved the location, close to the beach and bike paths, lots of restaurants close by andonly about 20 minutes from downtown Naples. There were a lot of things for the kids to do- fabulous zoo, banana boat rides on the beach, alligator watching in the everglades, sunset watching on Vanderbilt beach, water parks, and of course everyone enjoyed the pool at the house immensely. The property is new and large and beautiful! One of our favorite family spring break vacations!

Amazing home with all needed amenities for a large family to relax, have their own space, gather, and access the best of Naples from a convenient and extremely comfortable location. Jennifer and the team could not have been more helpful, respectful, engaged, accessible, etc. The entire family cherished the time, and this home made it all so comfortable and convenient. Social space was incredible; both upstairs and downstairs, bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Fantastic week. Kitchen and grilling area were exceptional. No complaints or issues at all. Nothing but sincere appreciation for Jennifer and her team to help make this such a special week!

Wow what a place! Perfect for a group of adults, not so much for very young children. Every amenity was there, and anything that was missing or confusing or broken(issue with pool heater) was dealt immediately. Shout out to the incredibly attentive host, who was patient with us and readily available!

First off all it is not exquisite. Second of all the pillow cases were stained the place was not a Vrbo high standard. The shower still had plastic on toy. The pool covers were stained. This property was not to your normal standard. I have rented in past 120 days 4 property’s this was by far truly disappointing. You need to speak to them. The place is run down

Hi Judy! This is quite surprising to hear you speak about the property this way. It is one of the most sought-after properties we have within our listings. It is always a five-star review from our guests. This is a newer property so I'm a little confused what you are referring to. I offer concierge service with all of our guests, and you were told this once we spoke about arrival procedures. I also mentioned to you that if you had any issues or concerns, to please reach out to me with what you may be unhappy with. Not once did you mention a plastic toy, or pool covers stained (we don't supply pool covers/so I'm not sure what you're referring to). And stained pillowcases? We couldn't find any that had stains, so again, I'm not sure what you mean. This house is up to its renting standards, probably even more so than other properties out there within the vacation rental market. You never once voiced concerns to us, only to place it in your review. Well, I'm happy to set the record straight for the public to read, and we hope you find better luck in your future endeavors within the vacation rental market. Fantastic home and experience!

This house was exceptional and perfect for us!!! We needed accommodations for a larger group and it did not disappoint. Beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and fantastic spa and pool!!! Location was great, close to beach. Management company personnel outstanding. Highly recommended-do not hesitate to rent. Thank you to our hosts!!!

Family Week

The house is spectacular. Brand new, great location, tons of room, great sunset views. The representative from the management company was wonderful… responsive and informative. The only negatives were the HVAC that didn’t work for a couple days, a broken toilet and some bedroom blinds that wouldn’t go down. You’d prefer not to have repairmen in your house at all hours. Once the owner gets those items fixed, I would recommend the house for a large family that wants a very high end experience. A Family from Chicago
