This home is so beautiful and very centrally located. This home had more than enough space for multiple families and everything about it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook a meal. The owners were extremely accommodating to let us stay in this home last minute due to an unfortunate booking issue that we had with vrbo at a different home that we had originally booked. I would definitely recommend this home and I would love to stay here again!

The house worked out great for us. The location is great. We walked everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The only thing that would have been nice are hangars in the closets and coffer filters that fit the pot. There were LOTS of basket style but this needed a cone filter.

This was the perfect home away from home for our large extended family. We were able to enjoy each others company whether in the comfortable living room, spacious dining room, enormous kitchen counter, or second floor deck. The host team was really helpful in answering all my questions and accommodating my near 80 year old mother with early access. Super clean and plenty of sheets/towels. The twin washer and dryers were handy when coming back from long walks in the Savannah heat. The house location is central to everything in the historic district. Would definitely stay again if this size was needed!

The house was just as advertised and the location couldn't be better,a couple blocks to the river walk and shopping.There are a lot of great restaurants that are walking distance as a matter of fact we never even used are car the entire stay.I would definetly stay here again.

This was a family reunion and there were 12 of us, six couples. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. The living room was nice and big and the dining room table was perfect for our meals.We enjoyed the patio outside, it was a great place to end the afternoon.I contacted the property manager a number of times and they responded to me within the hour if not sooner. I was impressed. We were all glad that we chose this particular property.

This home is the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. It’s great for large gatherings. It’s in the perfect spot in Savannah walkable to everything. We didn’t even rent a car. I had some quick questions about the house and the house manager was super accessible. She checked in on us brought us ice cream through southern hospitality I can’t wait to come back and I will definitely be using an heirloom home.! can’t say enough great things !

Savannah Gem

I spent MLK 2024 at this property with 16 college friends. The house was excellent for a large group with its well appointed kitchen, large dining table and roomy living room. We had 1 issue with the grill and the owner responded immediately and remediated the problem. The location was absolutely perfect. We had a great experience in Savannah and the house exceeded all our expectations.

Great house, but some issues

A large group of college girlfriends stayed at this beautiful house for our reunion weekend. The size and location are great. The rooms are great. However, the house smelled, most of us thought it smelled like smoke. There was a HUGE floor board that was knocked out of whack in the top bedroom and it was a safety/health hazard. That should have been fixed prior to us checking in. They wouldn't let us leave our bags inside the door prior to check in, I mean...why not? It wouldn't have interrupted the cleaning crew at all just to line them along the wall in the foyer. Instead, we had to haul them over to a temp holding area then walk all the way back to the house with them rather than just letting us drop them off in the foyer as soon as we got to Savannah. They claimed they couldn't let us in because they had to clean the day before, but when we got there, the cleaning crew was taking out a ton of alcohol and taking it to their car?! It seems they must have used the house for their own purposes? Who knows, it just felt weird. The mgmt company was not very accommodating nor "nice" to communicate with. They were somewhat adversarial. Loved the house, pretty, and so big. The dining room table was great for our group of 13....we had dinner around the table and paid for a personal chef, it was the highlight of the weekend. I'd recommend the property, but the mgmt company could do with some customer service training and flexibility.
