Best timeshare on Hilton Head, available week in July!

This 3BR, 2 BA home is both the least expensive and the best deal of all the time shares in the Shipyard plantation area. It is on its own large lot in Kingston Cove with a screened porch overlooking a lagoon teeming with wildlife (birds, turtles, and the occasional gator) and stocked with fish. Kingston Cove is a small, very family oriented neighborhood with a community pool just a short walk from the front door. The beach is a bit further (1/2 mile by foot or bike) with a free parking pass if you choose to drive. King in MBR, queen in the 2nd, twins in the 3rd, sleep sofa for 2 in LR with bedding and towels for 8. House has a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a laundry room with full size appliances,, a large shower in the 2nd bath, lockable storage below, and a jacuzzi tub in the MBA (see diagram). House has 3 large TVs and good WiFi. It’s is in the midst of Shipyard Plantation so it’s close to Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining and other activities. Comes with 4 rounds of golf daily on a choice of courses.
