Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
FOUR hours before check in the property owner said they had a leak and couldn’t host me. Little late notice but okay! Then they wouldn’t cancel my booking and give a refund until after I got home from my vacation. Very unprofessional. I’m only allowed to leave a review because they didn’t cancel so it’s claiming I stayed there! This house and it’s staff are scammers, they only respond to harsh words and lawyers!
