6BR King Bed, Pool with Huge Yard

Thanks for the feedback, we have been renting the house for 2 years will well over 100 5-star reviews across all platforms. The issue you raise, while legitimate, are typically what we are praised on. I think what happened is that there was bad weather, rain and wind leading up to the rental, a landscaper came in immediately to resolve, as was the pool person to clean the pool, not because the property is not well maintained just bad timing, property is cleaned by landscaping 1 per week, and pool is serviced 2 times a week, issues are typically resolved in less than a couple of hours, or in some cases, like needing a sensor for the pool heater, 24 hours. I am sorry the property did not meet your expectations and will work harder to improve around difficult challenges like bad weather and unexpected equipment failures. Also, photos do need updating but not because what is shown does not reflect property there is actually new furniture and amenities that need to be added photographically.
